Born into this world, a fisherman from father to son for 4 generations, Dumé Strinna followed in his
father's footsteps.
He began working with his father at an early age. A fisherman since the age of 19, he specialises in
Mediterranean bluefin tuna and swordfish, not forgetting our not-to-be-missed lobsters, spiders,
denti, capons, etc., so that the products offered in our restaurant come directly from our 'selective,
sustainable, seasonal' fishery, in order to preserve our local resources.
